Hi, I’m Lorrena!

A Proud Retired Major of the United States Army.

Welcome!

For 25 years, I wore the uniform and the rank, and I learned early that leadership often comes with a costume, a version of yourself you think you're supposed to perform. I spent years leading soldiers while quietly convinced someone was about to catch me being a fraud. Nobody ever did.

Today, I'm the Imposter Interrupter™. Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching, I interrupt the idea of Imposter Syndrome so high performers can stop leading in costume and start leading as themselves. My signature R.A.L.L.Y.™ Method gives audiences a real framework, not a pep talk, to build resilience and lead through whatever comes next.

Outside of work, I'm a Christian, a mother, and a wife, and that same steadfast dedication shows up in how I show up for my family and my faith.

As a speaker, coach, and facilitator, I draw upon my military background to inspire others to unlock their fullest potential.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Resource and Technology Management and a Master's in Management and Leadership, and I bring that same strategic, results oriented approach to my work. I'm a Co Active trained coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

I'm also a certified Emotional and Social Competency Inventory Practitioner, trained in Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence framework, and an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of discovery and transformation!
